What happens next

Your application is the first step into Next Horizon.

This is more than a contact form. Your answers help EduSmart understand your suitability for the Program and plan the support you may need to succeed.

  1. You start your Next Horizon role application.

    Here, in three short steps: your current work, the experience you bring, your goals and how you use AI now.

  2. You complete your full application.

    We email you a link. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes: your résumé, a few questions about your work, a short practical activity, and any support you may need.

  3. EduSmart reviews your application.

    A real person reviews the experience you already bring, what you want to develop and whether the Program appears suitable for you. We may contact you if we need to clarify anything first.

  4. If suitable, you receive your Next Horizon role offer.

    Successful applicants are offered a role within the Next Horizon immersive workplace environment, as part of the EduSmart AI Workplace Transformation Program.

  5. You complete formal EduSmart enrolment.

    The required enrolment information, declarations and RTO requirements are completed before training begins.

  6. You enter the Transformation Office.

    Your Learning Journey begins with Foundations, then moves into practical department assignments that build your capability, your evidence and your Career Success & Impact Portfolio.

Submitting this application does not enrol you, commit you to payment or guarantee acceptance into the Program.
