Practical learning. Real improvement. Evidence that matters.

EduSmart develops people who can create measurable workplace value and adapt as work changes.

Why you're careful

You have probably done training that changed nothing.

A short course. A certificate. A folder somewhere with your name on it. And on Monday, work looked exactly the same.

If part of you is wondering whether this will be any different, that is a fair question.

So we will not simply ask you to trust us. This page shows you how EduSmart works, who is behind it and the things you can check for yourself.

The rules

Five rules you can hold us to.

These are not values on a poster. They decide how the program is built, what your work looks like, and what your evidence counts for. They are specific enough to check.

01

Practical First

Everything you learn ends in something you can use.

Learning should lead to a useful action, build, decision or workplace improvement.

02

AI With Human Judgement

You own every decision AI helps you make.

AI can support the work, but the learner checks, corrects and owns the final decision.

03

Build Once, Capture Once

Work you do once keeps counting.

Learners build practical work once and capture the evidence as they go, so the same work can contribute to their projects, Career Success & Impact Portfolio and Diploma assessment where it meets the formal requirements.

04

Employer Relevance

Your projects look like the job, not the classroom.

Outputs should resemble the work employers need, not academic exercises.

05

Responsible and Clear

You will always know what each part of your learning counts for.

EduSmart clearly distinguishes between:

  • Practical program learning
  • Workplace project evidence
  • Career Success & Impact Portfolio
  • Digital Achievement Badges
  • Nationally recognised Diploma assessment
  • Formal assessor judgement

The AI Workplace Transformation Program includes the BSB50120 Diploma of Business (Digital Transformation). The Diploma is awarded only when all required training and assessment requirements have been successfully completed.

Each department's work saves as one Word document built from your answers, and that same file is your qualification evidence. Nothing is written twice.
Immersive Workplace Learning

You are not here for another online course.

You are here for what a course is supposed to leave behind: capability you can use, and proof you can show. EduSmart is designed for working people who want to:

  • Stay valuable as your role changes around you.
  • Be worth more to your current employer, and your next one.
  • Use AI with confidence instead of guesswork.
  • Build practical capability you can apply the same week.
  • Finish with a nationally recognised Diploma as well as practical evidence of what you can do.
  • Become the person your organisation wants to keep.

If that list reads like your list, the program was built for you.

What employers need

Employers have enough information. They need people who can act on it.

  • Improve productivity.
  • Solve business problems.
  • Use AI safely and responsibly.
  • Lead workplace improvement.
  • Adapt to change.
  • Create measurable business value.

That is the capability we help develop, and it is what your Career Success & Impact Portfolio shows them: not claims, but the work itself and the evidence behind it.

Who is behind this

The people who built EduSmart spent more than two decades training under the old systemand seeing what learners needed most.

We have spent more than 22 years running Global Training Institute and helping thousands of students improve their careers through formal qualifications. For most of that time we were trying to hold three things in balance: training that means something, the outcome the learner came for, and evidence for compliance standards that cannot stay current while whole industries change underneath them.

We know what that balance costs the person working towards a career outcome. Capable people putting effort into systems of learning that demanded effort and returned paperwork: paperwork that proved a course was completed, nothing that shows the work you delivered.

EduSmart is the answer we arrived at. It is new, it is different, and we are excited to bring this new system of learning to you. The problem it answers is not new. “How can a course provide learning that is current and relevant to real work issues?” We bring real work to life inside your course.

The people behind EduSmart are dedicated to quality training and to helping you move towards your career goals. The people who wrote the courses, designed the simulation and answer your questions have spent their working lives in training and in the industries it serves. EduSmart is new. The team behind it is not.

  1. A program that improves real work instead of describing it.
  2. A business simulation, Next Horizon: a running company where you hold a role and do the job, not a quiz about the job. Experience designed to translate to real jobs.
  3. Support built around your hours, not office hours.

Here is what we can state as fact.

  1. Registered

EduSmart Institute is an Australian Government Registered Training Organisation (RTO Code 45984). It is on the national register at training.gov.au, so you do not have to take it from this page.

  2. Tested by people

This has been purposefully built, tested, reviewed against compliance requirements, put under load and walked through its edge cases by real people. And if you find yourself in need of a real person to help you, those same people are here and ready to assist.

  3. One connected Learning Journey

The AI Workplace Transformation Program and BSB50120 Diploma of Business (Digital Transformation) are delivered as one connected Learning Journey. The program is how you build and apply the practical capability. Your projects produce evidence that can contribute towards the Diploma where it meets the formal assessment requirements.

  4. Evidence alongside it

The Career Success & Impact Portfolio, Future Ready Skills and Digital Achievement Badges sit alongside the qualification and provide additional evidence of what you can do.

  5. Awarded on completion

The Diploma is nationally recognised training and is awarded only when all applicable training and assessment requirements have been successfully completed.

Support

You will not be studying from nine to five.

This course will fit around your working life, and you get to choose how. First thing in the morning. Half an hour at lunch. Late at night, because that is when you are interested. The course keeps up with you, whenever you turn up. So if you hit a wall at ten at night, help that arrives tomorrow afternoon is not help.

So support was designed into the model from the start, not added to it afterwards. AI coaches, a course assistant and support tools sit inside the program at the points where people get stuck, built to give you the specific help you need at the moment you need it. Progress does not have to wait for office hours.

And there are people behind them. Someone returns your call. Someone answers your email. When something is not working for you, a person picks it up. The AI answers first because it is there at ten at night. The people are there because no one should have to hope the software behaves.

Of everything on this page, this is the claim you will test first. Not at graduation: in your first week, on the first evening a question stops you.

No stories yet

What we cannot show you yet.

There are no learner testimonials on this site, and no success statistics. The program is new, and we will not manufacture either.

As learners complete the program, we will publish their real results here, with their consent and without exaggeration. This takes time, as we need to find out what our learners' experience has been, right from the new-course excitement through completion and into the real-world applications beyond.

Until then, judge us on what you can check: the rules above, the facts stated as facts, and what happens when you ask us a question before you commit to anything.

What lasts

The tools change. The skills stay relevant.

Technology will not stand still, and neither will what employers expect of you. That is why the program builds judgement and evidence rather than familiarity with this year's software, so what you capture keeps its value as the tools move on.

Before you apply

Ask your hardest question first.

It is a booked call, not a live line. You choose a time, and we call you at that time. We would rather keep a promise to call at four o'clock than break a promise to answer instantly.

Whether you call or email your questions, we want to hear them, we want to answer them, and we want to help you choose whether this is the course for you.

You have seen the rules, the people and the facts. If this is how you want to learn, your application is the next step.

Build capability that can be applied, proven and trusted.

Next Horizon's six departments, each with its director, city and number of staff
Inside the programNext Horizon

The business simulation

Hold a role in a company that is already running.

Next Horizon is the program's simulated consultancy: six departments, 95 staff, a director for each department and targets to hit. You join the team. You do the work.

Sound familiar?

  • Course examples that look nothing like the work on your desk.
  • Quizzes about the job instead of doing the job.
  • A certificate at the end, and nothing to show a manager.

How the program helps

Each department hands you a real piece of work: a client enquiry with gaps in its records, a workflow to fix, a decision to make. Every task opens with the records you would have at work, My Work Assistant helps when you are stuck, and what you produce is saved as you go.

What you could build

  • A current-state process map
  • A workflow plan with its checks
  • A tested AI enquiry assistant
  • An investment case for a measured pilot

Why it matters at work A manager can open this work and check it: what was wrong, what you changed, how you tested it and what it was worth. That is the conversation you take into your current role, and into your next interview.
